Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a Global Master Data Services team, fostering a culture of collaboration, quality, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure high-quality service delivery in line with global Master Data standards, policies, and governance requirements.
- Drive process optimization, operational excellence, and data quality initiatives.
- Manage operational risks, escalations, and issue resolution.
- Lead projects and implement improvements that support business goals and process efficiency.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to ensure consistent and compliant Master Data practices.
- Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and support employee development.
- Oversee technical solutions, process documentation, and knowledge management within the team.
What We Are Looking For:
- Proven experience in team leadership and people management.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data quality management and process improvement.
- Understanding of governance, compliance, and internal control frameworks.
- Experience working with Master Data Management processes and systems.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and drive change effectively.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Fluent English.
- Experience with M3 will be considered a strong advantage.
- Knowledge of Power BI and SQL is a plus.
- Previous SSC experience is welcome.
