Your Role: Sales Manager
As the Food Service Sales Manager for the Czech Republic and the wider CEE market, your mission is to drive the growth and recognition of the Mowi brand in the food service sector. You will be instrumental in strengthening our presence, building partnerships, and ensuring that Mowi becomes the trusted name for premium seafood in the region.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Leadership & Brand Development
    • Develop and execute short-, mid-, and long-term strategies to enhance the Mowi brand’s market position in the food service channel.
    • Champion the Mowi brand by promoting its values of quality, sustainability, and innovation to partners and stakeholders.
    • Identify and capitalize on opportunities to differentiate Mowi as a leader in premium seafood.
  2. Relationship Building & Advocacy
    • Build and nurture strong partnerships with distributors, wholesalers, chefs, restaurants, and other key stakeholders to advocate for the Mowi brand.
    • Actively listen to partners’ needs and provide tailored solutions that demonstrate the value and uniqueness of Mowi’s offerings.
  3. Market Insights & Execution
    • Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify trends, customer habits, and opportunities to expand the Mowi brand’s footprint.
    • Translate insights into actionable sales plans that align with the brand’s strategic goals.
  4. Innovation & Collaboration
    • Develop creative strategies that resonate with market demands, ensuring Mowi is seen as an industry innovator.
    • Collaborate with regional and global teams to share knowledge and align efforts to elevate the brand.
  5. Proactive Action & Ownership
    • Act as a brand ambassador by proactively addressing challenges, seizing opportunities, and delivering results that strengthen Mowi’s position in the market.

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • Passion for Branding: A strong commitment to building and promoting a premium brand in the food service sector.
  • Strategic Planning & Execution: Proven ability to create and implement strategies that drive brand growth and deliver measurable results.
  • Experience in Foodservice: Previous experience working with clients in the foodservice sector, particularly in food products (experience in seafood is a plus but not required).
  • Relationship Management: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a talent for building long-lasting partnerships.
  • Adaptability: Positive mindset, with the ability to overcome challenges and maintain high energy levels.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in Czech and English (written and spoken).
  • Learning Orientation: A growth mindset, with curiosity and openness to continuous development.
